Our office is located in Manchester, although our lawyers also work for clients based across the UK. Do you offer Legal services outside of Manchester?

Yes. We represent clients across England and Wales. Many cases can be handled over the phone, email, or video call, so location is never a barrier. We have worked with Individuals and Businesses throughout the UK.

Can you take over from our current Lawyers?

Yes of course, please contact us so we can explain how to go about this. It is a much simpler process than you may think and we can take care of all the formalities for you.

Are Esquire Solicitors regulated by the SRA?

Yes. At Esquire Solicitors we are fully authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). This means we meet strict professional and ethical standards, giving you confidence that your claim will be handled with the highest level of care and integrity.

Do I have to visit your office to discuss my claim?

Do you offer No Win, No Fee agreements?

Yes. For many personal injury and negligence claims, we work on a No Win, No Fee basis. For business matters, we offer transparent fee structures agreed with you in advance.

How will I be informed about the progress of my case?

We’ll keep you updated regularly via phone, email, or in-person meetings, based on your preference. You’ll receive key updates and any important developments as they happen, ensuring you’re always informed and supported throughout the process. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

What are your business hours?

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am – 5.30 pm. However, you will be able to contact us outside of these hours by leaving a message or sending an email. Alternatively you can your dedicated solicitor on their mobile and they will endeavour to answer any question or queries you may have.
